Two-thirds of adults and one-third of children are overweight or obese in the UK, Change4Life is focused primarily on families with children. It encourages healthy eating and easy ways to exercise and focuses on small behaviour changes that make a big difference. These include eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day, swapping sugary snacks for healthy ones and being more active.
