For emotional support and counselling
- Free counselling in Greenwich children’s centres to help any local mother experiencing mental health issues during pregnancy and after birth.
- Specialist therapeutic support for young mothers aged 21 years and under with Young Mums Aid.
- Free creche facilities if needed.
- Befriending and group support.

Clockhouse are giving weekly free food deliveries. For families who work with Her Centre, ring Julia on 07960 755 191 or email her on firstname.lastname@example.org. For all other families email Kevin at email@example.com. She can arrange a weekly delivery of free food. You can also ask for food bank vouchers from her. Also try the community hub above.
